Please note the following policy regarding all orders on my site:
No Refunds on Personalized Shirt Orders
Please be aware when placing a personalized order due to the customization of the product, all sales are final. Once you place your order and design is created an email will be sent to you to confirm design. Please be sure that the email provided at checkout is your correct email. Also, at this time please make sure everything is spelt correctly and you are satisfied with the design. Once you confirm the draft sent to you, product is finalized and I will no longer be able to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Order Accuracy on Customized Shirt Orders
Again as I mentioned in the above section when ordering your customized shirt orders please be sure to confirm everything when the email is sent to you for confirmation of design. Please also be sure when ordering we encourage you to double-check all details to ensure your order can be created and sent to you in a timely matter. Please be sure to also read the caring instructions listed on my page and added in your packaging.
No Refunds on Cup Orders
As for premade cups they are also all final sales. Please be advised that when ordering a premade cup this will arrive to you as shown on site. When your choosing a cup to have a decal applied to please be sure to read the description carefully for both the cup, glitter color and decal to reassure that you choose what you want. No refunds given for wrong color or type of decal after applied already. Please also keep in mind with glitter cups the glitter tends to settle due to gravity. This does not mean there was not enough glitter added when made. All you need to do is shake the cup a little for a full glitter look. Please be sure to also read the caring instructions listed on my page and added in your packaging when delivered. Decals are also not sold separate without being applied to a cup.

I advise you to double-check all details before submitting your order. We deliver your product based on the information provided at checkout. Premade cups are shipped as shown on website. Decals are also not sold separate without being applied to a cup.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. A refund or replacement will be at my discretion with proof of damage. Proof of damage will be required at time of request. Please provide a written description with photos. This is only valid for anything within 30 days from date of purchase.
